By creating an account or using the FitRaho app or fitraho.pk, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use FitRaho.

• You must be at least 15 years old to use FitRaho.
• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One phone number and one username can belong to only one account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

FitRaho gives general fitness and nutrition guidance, including from AI. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, dietitian or physiotherapist.

Speak to a doctor before starting a new exercise or diet plan, especially if you are pregnant, injured or have a medical condition. Stop any exercise that causes pain or dizziness. Calorie and nutrition estimates from meal photos are approximate.

Trainers and gym owners apply to join and are checked before they appear publicly. A Verified badge means we reviewed the documents provided. It is not a guarantee of results or of the quality of service.

Trainers and gyms are independent. They are not FitRaho employees, and they are responsible for their own coaching, premises, fees and conduct. Any arrangement or payment between you and a trainer or gym outside the app is between you and them.

Trainers and gym owners must provide genuine certificates and business documents, and must only upload content they have the right to use. We can remove a listing or an account that breaks this rule.

Paid plans are charged through Google Play or the App Store and renew until you cancel in that store. Deleting your FitRaho account does not cancel a store subscription. Refunds follow the rules of the store you paid through. Prices and included features are shown before you buy.

• Do not harass, threaten or scam anyone, or send sexual or hateful content.
• Do not post fake reviews, or impersonate another person or business.
• Do not upload another person's photos without their permission.
• Do not copy, scrape or attack the service, or try to get around its limits.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You allow FitRaho to store and display it as needed to run the service, for example showing a trainer's public profile on the app and website. You can remove your content at any time, though copies may remain in backups for a limited period.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why.

FitRaho is provided as it is, and we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for injury, loss or damage arising from exercise, diet, or dealings with trainers and gyms. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the laws of Pakistan.

We may update these terms and will change the date on this page when we do. Continuing to use FitRaho after a change means you accept it. Questions go to support@fitraho.pk.
